Campus Management System

Information Technology Department of AM College has developed indigenously a ‘Campus Management System’ (CMS) for its students, faculty and administration considering the unique environment and needs of Army Medical College. The Campus Management System is a database of faculty, students and all the academic activities. It is a comprehensive software which covers complete life cycle of a student right from the time of entry into Army Medical College till graduation. A database of Army Medical College Alumni is also maintained within the System. The software consolidates information related to students, faculty and all the academic activities into one central database and provides a digital platform where students, faculty and administration can interact around the clock. Students can view their profile, daily training program, attendance, date sheets, exam results and college notifications after logging into their Campus Management System accounts.

Faculty can view their academic assignment summary and student feedback at the end of each module. Faculty and students can upload/download daily lectures through Campus Management System. Campus Management System contains Higher Education Commission and Army Medical College digital libraries. Higher Education Commission digital library has access to various databases of scholarly journals and books whereas Army Medical College digital library has an archive of lectures and softcopies of medical/dental books available in the college library.

Campus Management System reduces manual handling and enhances performance at all levels leading to higher satisfaction of the end user. At the end of each module various reports are generated through Campus Management System which act as feedback to enhance academic performance at all levels. Information Technology Department is committed to contribute in achieving mission of Army Medical College considering latest trends in information technology and medical education.
